The Sports Academy realizes the study programme of undergraduate vocational studies Sport and Sports Recreation (3 years – 6 semesters, 180 ECTS credits).

The professional title acquired upon graduation is Coach. Graduates of the undergraduate vocational studies Sport and Sports Recreation possess theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of sport and sports recreation, and have trained in:

  • individual planning
  • management and conduct of the training process in different sports events and categories
  • individual realization of sports diagnostics
  • basic testing and management of the professional work of sports organizations
  • leadership of professional and amateur sportspeople and/or sports teams in training and competitions
  • participation in the immediate preparation and organization of training and competitions
  • realization of entertainment
  • selection and instruction of professional and amateur athletes
  • organization of regular health inspections and assessment of professional and amateur athletes.

Registration of candidates for all three years of undergraduate vocational studies Sport and Sports Recreation will be carried out on working days until 22 July and after 22 August this year in the Student Services Office of the Sports Academy, located within the Majke Jevrosime 15 street in the Centre of Belgrade.


Entrance Exam: Aptitude Test

Candidates who enrol in the first year of the undergraduate vocational studies Sport and Sports Recreation are expected to pass the entrance exam. The Aptitude Test consists of four specialist tests:

  • Strength Test (worth from 0 to 15 points)
  • Speed Test (worth from 0 to 15 points)
  • Endurance Test (worth from 0 to 15 points)
  • Coordination Test (worth from 0 to 15 points)

 

Ranking of candidates for admission to the first year

The list of candidates for admission to the first year will be determined on the basis of success at the level of the secondary education and the Aptitude Test results, or submitted certificates of sports activities in a national league. Based on the secondary school success, candidates may receive at least 16 and no more than 40 points, whereas the Aptitude Test brings from 1 to 60 points. The maximum number of achieved points is 100.

Registration of candidates who have completed the two-year higher education programme at the Sports Academy Higher Education School
Students who have previously enrolled in or completed the two-year higher education programme at the Sports Academy Higher Education School are required to submit a certificate of passed exams in the Student Services Office. Based on it, the Commission will decide on the recognition of exams and judge which year of study within the undergraduate vocational studies Sport and Sports Recreation is the right one for the candidate to continue his/her education.


Transfer and enrolment of students from other higher education institutions

Students transferring from one of the study programmes in the field of sport and physical education or a related field (undergraduate vocational or academic studies) of other higher education institutions are required to submit a certificate of passed exams in the Student Services Office. Based on it, the Commission will decide on the recognition of exams and judge which year of study within the undergraduate vocational studies Sport and Sports Recreation is the right one for the candidate to continue his/her education.

  • Completed secondary education (secondary school diploma and certificates of all years completed)
  • Passed Aptitude Test (or a certificate of sports activities in a national league)

Satisfied requirements for admission to the second year of the undergraduate vocational studies at the Sports Academy or other related higher education institution.

Students who have not studied at the Sports Academy before

  • Certificate of passed exams at a higher education institution

Satisfied requirements for admission to the third year of the undergraduate vocational studies at the Sports Academy or a favourable sum of recognised exams passed at other higher education institutions.
